anw NAPFA today.. a few more cm up for inclined pull up i can do 1 more den i can get A!!!!!!!!! wah lao cha yi dian dian!!!!!!! im so pissed wif myself.. i tried to use my looong chin to reach e pole but not counted (i think).. sit-up manage to do 30 A (wif a constipated face. duno y i close my eyes when i do..), sbj 197cm A, sit n reach 47cm A, ipu (!!!!) 15 B, shuttle run 10.9s A. wah lao first time duno wad happened my legs tangle den got 11.1s.. but is still A but i very not happy cos my legs tangle.. jieqi very funny she grab air for quite a few times.. oly even funnier we tok when she running den she run halfway ask us dun tok.. so hilarious lah..

so dats it lor.. tmr unpitch tent.. so fun get drenched in e rain.. X)
