lalala i m back!! *ta da!!!* aniway atc was fun man!! altho i kept fallin out..

cos 2nd day during pt i felt giddy so i stopped. so today i was lyk "okay yunghian u din do pt yesterday u muz complete pt today.." but duno y when we go flagpole tym i suddenly feel lyk vomitting.. so end up din do pt.. n i feel so bad!!!!! cos dey all repaying punishments n i was sitting down.. n we owe punishment as a company lor..

n i duno y i keep havin leg cramp.. i last tym only hav one or twice but duno y atc 1st day cramp today oso cramp..

n now e aftermath of atc:
-leg muscle ache
-arm muscle ache
-stomach muscle ache
-rifht foot big toe(izzit e name?) suddenly numb i oso duno y
-same foot but second toe have blue-black

it's lyk after napfa liddat, juz dat dis is 2 1/2 days..

n shi ing n zhiying were lyk cannot walk properly liao shi ing still keep wanting 2 help clean e toilet.. no matter how i try 2 tell her not 2, command her, n snatch e mop away, she oso dun wanna go lor.. sigh.. so in e end we make dem do abit 2 get dem out of e toilet n rest.
